Job Description
Our client is one of the most established multi-disciplinary practices in the area, providing a timely, pragmatic and high-quality service offering. Their clients range from colleges, developers, end users, institutions, trusts and universities. Current projects are valued up to £200 million. They are now looking for a driven Senior Project Manager to join their growing team and step into an Associates position.
As an Associate Project Manager, you will join a team of 12, providing mentorship to other project managers while collaborating closely with fellow associates. You will be granted significant autonomy to manage your own projects within a progressive partnership that boasts a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans. Given this responsibility, you must be proficient in all aspects of the project lifecycle and driven by a desire for advancement. Your role will include overseeing construction projects valuing up to £200 million across the commerial, fit out and refurbishment sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess a property or construction-related degree accredited by RICS. You should have substantial experience in delivering multimillion-pound projects from inception to completion in a senior capacity and a strong ambition to advance into a partnership position.
