We are searching for a Regional Business Manager (Key Account Manager) to take ownership of a UK territory covering Northern England and Scotland, with a key focus on improving outcomes for patients with chronic respiratory conditions, particularly cystic fibrosis.

About the Company

With over 100 years of innovation in inhalation therapy, this manufacturer has built a trusted global presence in respiratory care. Their UK arm is a close-knit, agile team that combines the credibility of a long-standing brand with a family-feel culture, ideal for someone who values autonomy and collaboration in equal measure. Their specialist portfolio includes nebulisers, mucus clearance devices, and a novel antibiotic inhaler that offers faster-acting relief for CF patients compared to traditional therapies, already making a meaningful difference in clinical outcomes. They work in close partnership with the NHS, supporting CF centres, hospitals, and specialist clinics, and are actively involved in UK-wide respiratory care initiatives.

About the Role

This is a field-based role where you’ll take the lead across a well-defined territory — from Blackpool across to Hull and up to Central Scotland, working closely with:

  • Doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams at CF centres
  • Procurement teams, distributors, and ICBs
  • Hospital formularies to help secure access for their novel inhaled antibiotic
  • National and regional industry events and training sessions

You’ll act as a clinical educator, relationship builder, and commercial lead, driving adoption of life-changing devices while shaping the company’s footprint in your region.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree (ideally in science or healthcare)
  • Has experience in secondary care medical sales (medical devices or pharma)
  • Is ABPI qualified
  • Thrives in a field-based, self-driven role
  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Is UK-based with a full driving licence

Territory: Northern UK & Scotland (field-based)

Hybrid working available – flexibility around home working and travel

Package Highlights:

  • Base salary up to £45,000 (DOE)
  • £6k car allowance
  • Bonus up to £15k (performance-based)

If you are looking to join a tight-knit, mission-led company where your work directly impacts patients and clinicians and where there is room to grow as the business expands, this is a great opportunity.
