I am currently working with a digital health & wellness business. They are changing how people approach their health by offering easy access to diagnostics, a holistic range of treatments, ongoing care and medical advice, and a community to help. After a $30 million Series A round, they are on a mission to build one of the most impactful teams in the healthcare space.
They are looking for a Partnerships Executive to support the day-to-day operations and execution of influencer, podcast, and affiliate marketing campaigns. You’ll be the glue that helps keep our partnership campaigns running smoothly – ensuring every product is shipped, every code is working, and every campaign is tracked and reported. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to break into marketing at a high-growth healthtech startup.
Responsibilities:- Campaign Support: Help coordinate all aspects of our partnership campaigns, including contracts, product shipping, code creation, and campaign scheduling.
- Partner Management: Maintain our partner database, ensuring it’s always up-to-date with spend, dates, performance, and campaign notes.
- Activation Support: Assist in setting up landing pages, influencer briefs, and content requests.
- Tracking & Reporting: Help collect and analyse performance data and contribute to reports and dashboards.
- Process Improvement: Help identify ways to streamline workflows, campaign tracking, and partner communication.
- 1+ years in a marketing or partnerships role (internship experience welcome).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with marketing tools.
- You’re highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
