Position Overview - (Part time, 3 days per week) The Liberty Fabric Interiors Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional sales support and ensuring a seamless customer service experience within the Liberty Fabric Interiors wholesale division. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can effectively manage orders, stock, and sales team support on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of orders and stock, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team across global markets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Liberty products, continuously expanding expertise as new collections are introduced.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental processes and company policies.
- Process orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner through the ERP system (Infor M3).
- Coordinate stock allocation and shipments in accordance with customer specifications.
- Communicate order status updates, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
- Liaise effectively with warehouse and production teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Actively participate in key sales meetings as required.
Customer Service
- Deliver clear, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate and insightful product and order information.
