Weβre hiring a Medical Information Manager to support global and country-level medical teams in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant responses to escalated medical enquiries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and review of medical information content, support digital initiatives, and generate strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert responses to complex medical enquiries from country affiliates within set KPIs and quality standards.
- Review and write scientifically balanced, evidence-based medical information documents.
- Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate on the development and tactical planning of medical information deliverables.
- Support reporting and analytics on enquiry trends and insights.
