Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with an established York based Property / Real Estate Business, who are seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join the team.
The main focus of this role is to take responsibility for driving efficiency and excellence across their core departments, which includes property management, facilities, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business functions.
- Manage financial processes, including budgets, cash flow, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Lead and support teams, driving collaboration and accountability.
- Identify risks, implement technology solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally in real estate or professional services.
