We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven team player to join our clients busy manufacturing division as a Sales Administrator. Our clients manufacturing division produces a renowned range of laboratory machinery, devices and consumables that are used to test a wide range of consumer products by a global customer base. This is a full-time, office based, vacancy.
Responsibilities
- Efficient handling of customer communications
- Processing and progression of sales returns, freight and/or courier services
- Fulfilment of other administrative and sales related activities as required
About You
- GCSE grades C or above in both English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
- Tenacious with a can-do attitude
- Highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Competent in the use of Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Customer service experience
Desirable
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment utilising supply chain systems
- Previous experience in sale administration or similar role
- Experience in the use of email ticketing systems
