We’re looking for a Business Support Manager to oversee key operations and customer relationships working from offices in Central London. This role will manage contracts, ensure smooth administrative processes, and maintain high service standards across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Supply Contracts team, ensuring effective contract delivery and administration.
  • Oversee accurate invoicing and customer account management in coordination with the accounting team.
  • Administer card services, manage third-party suppliers, and handle banking inquiries.
  • Maintain customer care function, ensuring high service standards and brand reputation.
  • Manage business subscriptions, returns load charges, and miscellaneous billings.
  • Review contract clauses with the legal team and advise relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee testing, audit processes, and master data changes.
  • Approve invoices and manage the UK Marketing Business Support budget.
  • Conduct regular reviews with suppliers and partners, manage contract renewals, and oversee acquirer transitions.

Fuel Cards & Bunkering:

  • Negotiate pricing and manage the setup of new sites accepting fuel cards.
  • Coordinate RPI increases and manage related communications.

Team Management:

  • Set team goals, conduct 1:1s, and oversee performance management.
  • Managing a team of 6, therefore excellent management experience is a must.
  • Approve and review team expenses.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Lead project initiatives, process improvements, and competitor analysis.
  • Design and manage surveys for operational feedback.
