We’re looking for a proactive Studio Admin Assistant to join our dynamic, design-led studio. With a team transition underway, this is a unique moment for someone ready to step into a central role - supporting the creative and operational rhythm of our evolving studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth, day-to-day running of the studio
- Coordinate logistics, stock, and general administration
- Assist with press, newsletters, social media, and content planning
- Help shape and articulate the studio’s voice and values
- Liaise confidently with clients, collaborators, and suppliers
- Contribute to wider business operations and creative storytelling
About You:
- Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
- Strong communicator with a good feel for tone and brand language
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Intuitive understanding of creative, design-led or luxury spaces
- Positive, self-directed, and eager to grow within the role
Helpful Tech & Software Skills:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest) + scheduling tools (Later, Planoly)
- Adobe Suite – especially Express and Photoshop
- Mailchimp, Brevo or similar for email campaigns
- Familiarity with Shopify, Squarespace or similar platforms is a plus
- Xero or similar – basic understanding of expenses/invoicing
