They are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the team. They have their residents at the heart of everything they do. Their standards of high-quality data and smooth-running systems are essential for providing an exceptional service to their community.

You have the opportunity to make a significant impact on how this Housing Association manages and runs their systems. The role will involve supporting the implementation of a new HR system (including process development and UAT) as well as developing anti-social behaviour workflows in Microsoft Dynamics. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their drivers and priorities to ensure their requirements are achieved. Alongside this, you will develop an excellent understanding of the way they work as an organisation, to help develop their functions and services to meet goals with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a great fit if you have experience in:

  • The Social Housing Sector
  • Experience onboarding new systems
  • Process mapping and requirements gathering
  • Specific experience implementing HR systems
  • Cross department collaboration
  • Good experience with SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform and Dynamics 365 workflow development
  • Stakeholder and Board level engagement

What they are offering in this role:

  • Up to £60,800
  • This role will be a 6-month contract on a Fixed term basis with the possibility to extend / go permanent
  • Hybrid working (2 days a week on site)
  • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays
