This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant to join this growing education institute.

The main duties for this role include:

  • Assisting the CFO with the effective organisation, administration and presentation of the office of the CFO and providing a comprehensive administrative service for the wider team.
  • Managing office systems to ensure that documents, records and information can be quickly, effectively, discreetly and readily produced when required through the maintenance of comprehensive filing systems including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintaining an accurate diary of deliverables and deadlines in order to remain on schedule with the team’s output.
  • Contributing to the drafting of agendas, papers, reports and presentations as required.
  • Providing extra administrative support for Senior Team Members, including diary management and creating actions.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Intermediate knowledge of the whole Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ideally an understanding of a finance environment (i.e. qualification or experience supporting a member of the Finance Team).
