Urban Revivo is seeking an experienced and self-driven Buyer to join our London team and take full ownership of our womenswear collection. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, global fashion brand that blends high street accessibility with premium, trend-led design. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of style and aesthetic judgement, underpinned by a commercial mindset, sound data analysis skills, and a thorough understanding of the UK and European fashion landscape. You’ll be responsible for curating and shaping our womenswear range, working collaboratively with designers, retail teams, and merchandisers to deliver high-performing, on-brand collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and selection of the womenswear product range;
- Provide directional input to designers through trend analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking;
- Work cross-functionally with retail teams to gather store feedback and inform product decisions;
- Develop and execute seasonal buying and promotional strategies aligned with brand goals;
- Monitor product performance and consumer trends to optimise margin, stock levels, and sell-through;
- Analyse sales and margin data regularly to inform buying decisions and identify growth opportunities;
- Partner with merchandising to shape seasonal and annual planning, including allocation and distribution strategies;
- Produce regular product performance reports with actionable insights;
- Contribute to key departmental objectives and support senior leadership with strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion buying or product development, ideally with a womenswear focus;
- Strong understanding of the UK fashion retail landscape and consumer market;
- Commercially driven with strong analytical skills - comfortable working with sales data and margin metrics;
- A sharp eye for trends with the ability to translate them into relevant, sellable collections;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in cross-functional environments;
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working autonomously;
- A deep appreciation of Urban Revivo’s brand identity and an understanding of our customer base.
