In our Portfolio Surveyor role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising Amplius property portfolio. This role is critical in identifying acquisition opportunities, executing property swaps, and managing the disposal of residential stock to align with organisational strategy and market conditions.
Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (9am - 5.15pm Monday - Friday, with 1 hour lunch)

- Identify and assess opportunities for acquiring residential properties that align with our investment strategy and growth objectives.
- Negotiate and execute property swaps to optimise the portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market conditions.
- Manage the disposal of large-scale residential properties, ensuring maximum return on investment while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research, performing valuations and appraisals to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that impact acquisition, swap, and disposal strategies.
Your toolkit for success
- Experience in residential property acquisition, swaps, and disposals, including end to end transaction management.
- Knowledge of residential building pathology.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- A strong understanding of real estate markets and investment strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
