Being a support worker is a role where you can make every day matter. We are Key and Community Lifestyles, two organisations that support disabled people of all ages to make everyday matter. Our teams know that good support is essential for a good life, and so we work alongside every person we support and their family to help them live life to the full.

Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well-being. If you're caring, reliable, flexible, and passionate about supporting others to achieve the life they desire, then you could be who we are looking for!

Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required. A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.

If you would like to get involved in support work but cannot commit to a contract because you have other commitments, we also have opportunities to join our register of relief workers who provide support based on their availability.
