The Role: We’re looking for a Norwegian-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team. It’s an opportunity to become a key player in shaping our presence in Norway together with the existing Management Team. You’ll start in Manchester, learning from our UK team, before potentially building out your own Recruitment Team in Norway in the future. This role is ideal for a social, ambitious individual with a business development mindset—someone who loves connecting with people and sees the bigger picture. You can be a graduate, student or experienced senior – we are looking for the right personality match.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building a top-tier network – Sourcing, screening, and matching Norwegian-speaking candidates with the right opportunities.
- Developing new business – Growing relationships with Norwegian clients and identifying future hiring needs.
- Full-cycle recruitment – Managing the hiring process from start to finish, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborating with our UK team – Learning from our experienced recruiters and working closely with the Manchester office.
- Shaping the future – Establishing a strong recruitment presence for Applica in Norway, with potential for a future leadership role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.

- Ideally, a graduate or someone with recruitment/sales experience (recent graduates welcome!).
