Virtua are currently partnering exclusively with a rapid-growth fast fashion & streetwear brand on an impressive growth trajectory. Our client has people and product at the heart of their operation and thus far have built a world-class team across the UK and GCC markets.
We are looking for a talented Director of People/HR, who will report into the COO/CEO directly. This HR leader will oversee all aspects of business culture, employee lifecycle end to end, attracting global talent to the brand, performance management, L&D, rewards & benefits, and must have in-depth knowledge of UK and UAE labour law.
Rather than reel off the business as usual job description, we are looking to streamline the process and hear from the best talent in the UK & UAE markets who want to work for a unicorn type business and would be open to relocation.
