We are supporting a leading pan-European Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to join their Investment & Fund Management team. This position will support the Fund Management team with management, analysis and reporting of their pan-European (sector agnostic) funds and provide support to the Investment team with deal execution.
Key Investment Analyst responsibilities:
- Support the process for recommendation(s) to the Investment Committee.
- Support the production of fund and asset level budgets, business plans and models.
- Conduct hold/sell analysis.
- Produce quarterly strategy and investor report, plus ad hoc reporting.
- Promote sustainability initiatives throughout the funds.
- Support with the review of quarterly and year-end accounts.
- Work with other internal functions such as Research & Strategy, Performance Analytics, Fund Accounting, Finance, Asset Management and Transaction Management.
Investment Analyst requirements:
- Strong financial and excel modelling skills required.
- Degree or master’s in real estate, Investment, Finance or Economics.
- Strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.
- Previous experience within in a real estate investment role (pan-European would be an advantage).
- Ability to travel to pan-European sites when required.
- Excellent communications skills.
Salary is £65,000 - £75,000 plus benefits package and bonus potential. Office is based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1-day WFH), plus occasional travel across Europe to visit sites.
