Join a leading Field Marketing agency as an Account Director, working on behalf of a well-known mobile brand. g2 is looking for an Account Director to join its Dedicated Client Services team to direct and drive forward a brand relationship for the agency. By using your experience, intuition and leadership, you'll manage a team to deliver solutions for a global brand. The objective is to drive engagement and training across the UK retail instore and across contact centre to increase sales and advocacy for the brand.
Working independently, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to showcase their skills and abilities in client management and team leadership, with proven experience in delivering outstanding results and building a culture of high performance. We are looking for a candidate with experience of field marketing, retail and exposure within the mobile sector who is capable of adding value to the brand’s sales and marketing output.
Your package:
- Salary up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) + bonus
- Full time, Permanent (2 days per week required in our Newbury Office)

- Take full ownership and management of the brand relationship and development through new and existing solutions
- Set and ensure objectives are communicated and met across all channels and evolve for future opportunities
- Set and monitor agreed budgets
- Identify and develop initiatives through insight driven solutions
- Management and leadership of a Business Analyst and Nationwide Field Team

- Experience in field marketing and the mobile sector
- Proven experience in management of client accounts and leading stakeholder meetings
- Detecting client trends and developing initiatives
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, office staff and field staff
- Manage tasks effectively and take initiative and accountability
