The Opportunity: Join a hugely ambitious business as one of its first employees. You’ll work closely with the founders & shape your career as you grow with the business. Our ambition is to build Local into an iconic brand, think Red Bull in the 1990s, Innocent in the early 2000s & Camden in the 2010s. Your role is absolutely critical in helping us achieve this - through winning business, cultivating partnerships & helping us form a fantastic (& really fun) company culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone extremely confident & friendly, who loves striking up convos with strangers.
- Someone positive who brings great energy to the team.
- Someone who loves the pub & loves beer.
- Someone with big personal ambitions (that we can help you achieve).

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Deliver: Delivering against the company’s sales targets for the On-Trade channel in London.
- Account Management: Building close relationships is crucial. We want you to be on hugging terms with your account contacts… or at least know the name of their children.
- Business Development: Building relationships with new customers, growing our distribution with the absolute best venues throughout London.
- Drivers: Devising & delivering brilliant category & customer activation plans that sell more beer.
- Representing the brand: Finding fun and creative ways to grow the brand.
- Team Support: This is a start-up, we all wear many hats. You’ll get involved in many different areas of the business. All hands on deck!
- Expertise: We don’t want beer bores, we want people who love people, hospitality and love learning about the industry.
