Whether you have some or no insurance experience, we are looking for people with an attention to detail, able to take care in the accuracy of the work they do and having the confidence to speak to our customers, clearly and professionally. The role entails dealing with enquiries both verbally and in writing, logging customer information, creating and issuing insurance documentation, taking payments, as well as creating relevant membership details.

From handling all aspects of their insurance journey, you'll ensure that each customer's needs are met with the right coverage and pricing.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with senior members of the team to ensure Team objectives are achieved
  • Participate in team meetings as required
  • Work alongside team members on assigned work and projects
  • Create clear and concise client records and documentation, to a high standard of accuracy
  • Assist in responses to market and third-party queries as appropriate
  • Take responsibility for data entry, processing of premiums and collection of funds from clients
  • Make outgoing prospecting calls where necessary
  • Work within agreed parameters and use relevant systems to ensure documentation/communications adhere to company procedure/compliance requirements and provide an adequate audit trail
  • Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support and improve high levels of client service/internal process execution and to facilitate informed analysis
  • Maintain appropriate client files, and oversee the prompt and accurate production of documentation to best meet client, company and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure appropriate due diligence/sanctions checks are conducted in line with company procedures
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and obtain all authorisation necessary
  • Actively undertake personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of best practice
  • Undertake all compulsory regulatory training modules in a timely way

Who we’re looking for:

  • A determination and willingness to learn about insurance process and the relevant markets
  • Ability to work well as part of an open and collaborative team
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Past experience and Insurance knowledge is not essential and training will be provided. However, it would be helpful to have some knowledge of what the role entails
  • Confidence to work with others and provide a supporting role to the team
  • Computer literate with skills in basic software (e.g. Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word etc.)
