Accounts & Outsourcing Associate Director responsibilities include:
- Working directly with clients through a team of supervisors, seniors and trainees
- Maintaining good client relationships
- Being the first point of contact for clients
- Developing and progressing your team
As an Accounts & Outsourcing Associate Director, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have over 4 years’ post-qualified experience
- Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of accounts, management accounts and accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
In return, you will receive:
- 35-hour week paid overtime
- 28 days holiday
- Hybrid working (50% working from home)
- 8% pension
- Up to 15% bonus
