As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while working closely with the founder. The Role:
- Provide personalized styling advice and expert product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual and store targets.
- Deliver a luxury shopping experience, from warmly welcoming clients to completing transactions with care and precision.
- Maintain the boutique’s immaculate visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment.
