As a Senior Sales Associate in their Mayfair Flagship boutique, you will be an essential part of the team. You will possess a natural ability to clientele and style, generating significant sales and contribution to the team. The Role: Conducting daily 1:1 appointments with your new and existing clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including VIPs and Celebrities Demonstrating a deep understanding of styling, tailoring needs and lookbook curations Exceeding sales targets and KPI’s, both individually and as a team Possessing strong knowledge of products, collections and brand campaigns Working closely with the other Senior Sales Associate instore to coach, train and motivate Sales Associates Using methods of cross selling and upselling to maximise sales Ensuring the boutique environment reflects the luxury image of the brand at all times About You: Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a luxury womenswear brand Strong experience with styling and look curation Proven track record of exceeding targets Strong clientelling skills Immaculate presentation and polished demeanor Excellent verbal and written English Deep understanding of luxury sales, current market trends and industry news Warm, personable and humble The Package: Basic salary of £38,000 per annum Excellent Commission structure and earnings potential Private health insurance Life Insurance Pension Season Ticket loan Cycle to Work Scheme Staff Discount
