We are currently working with a top tier US law firm looking for a lawyer with M&A / Private Equity expertise to join their knowledge function. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Closely liaising with the Corporate Partners and Fee-earning team.
  • Providing and producing updates on client publications and articles.
