York Street have partnered with a leading construction consultancy renowned for delivering best-in-class projects, to recruit an Associate Director-level project manager to work on the transformation of an iconic office tower at 8 Canada Square. The project will integrate top-tier workspaces with leisure, entertainment, education, and cultural attractions in a distinctive area of London and is unique as there are very few large-scale conversions, and no project on this scale with cut-outs like this.

The redevelopment of this 45-story, 1.1 million square-foot building will boast exceptional sustainability credentials, outstanding transport connections, and a range of high-quality amenities. The project will introduce a new publicly accessible route linking a nearby station to a well-known, cherished green space. The redevelopment will also offer the public stunning views across this area of London.
