We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician for work in central Manchester on an ongoing temporary contract.

Key Information

Working for a contractor who delivers construction and refurbishment. This role in particular will be working for the facilities management team on office blocks across the centre of Manchester. This is an exciting role as you will be part of a fast-growing company.

The Role

  • Working on office blocks across Manchester completing repairs and maintenance on the offices
  • Fault finding in the offices
  • Be able to complete quotations for electrical work
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation
  • Ensuring paperwork is completed to the correct standards for each job
  • Build good working relationships with the Customers on site.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 2 or 3 NVQ or City & Guilds
  • 18th Edition or City and Guilds 2382
  • PASMA / IPAF is desirable
  • Highly organised and passionate about work quality
  • Can work on IT systems and produce documents to a high standard
  • Happy to work across Manchester
