The Account Director will lead and grow a portfolio of Health & Beauty clients, delivering innovative marketing campaigns and POS activations. This client-facing role requires strong experience with brands and retailers, a solid understanding of 3D POS print and manufacturing, and the ability to manage briefs, budgets, and team performance.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of all activities across assigned accounts.
  • Proactively drive account growth by monitoring client budgets and overall performance.
  • Accurately forecast revenue across all client accounts in a timely manner.
  • Oversee account team activities with a focus on high-quality internal briefings and the successful execution of key campaigns.
  • Ensure the account team adheres to the commercial framework and contractual agreements of each client.
  • Lead quarterly and annual reviews, incorporating agreed Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
  • Report on service delivery using KPIs and SLAs to measure performance and outcomes.
  • Support the development of team members through regular appraisals, one-to-ones, mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partner agencies.
  • Foster positive collaboration with internal departments including Creative, Structural, Production, Despatch, and Account.
  • Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and shifts in market conditions to inform client strategy and service delivery.

Over 10 years’ experience in account management, working directly with brands and retailers on creative solutions for semi-permanent POS linked to printed production.

In-depth knowledge of 3D POS print production processes and materials.

Technically proficient, with solid IT skills across Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
