This is a role offering a caseload of HNW clients. This City firm is seeking an experienced fee earner able to manage good quality work for residential property matters. We are seeking someone to work in a collaborative and friendly team of 8 fee earners with secretarial support and a modern approach to processing the conveyancing service. Due to the nature of the properties, we are seeking someone who understands complex matters and can work with all parties involved to smooth the sales and purchase of properties across both leasehold and freehold.
This firm's accreditations are impressive and include Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For and a long-term Investors in People Gold. We are seeking a commercial fee earner with a minimum of 5 years PQE able to manage difficult transactions due to having strong technical knowledge and confidence when dealing with High Net Worth, wealthy clients.
