We are currently partnered with a leading global fintech organisation in their search for a Share Plans (Equity) Manager to develop and scale their share plans to attract and retain top talent around the world. Reporting into the Reward Director, and collaborating with senior leadership this role will play a key part in the strategic development and administration of share plans across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic direction and scaling of share plans in line with business objectives.
- Support senior leadership and the board on equity compensation matters.
- Oversee equity plan administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
