Supervisor (Restaurant & Bar) Department: Food and Beverage
Reports to: Bar Manager
£86 per hour, plus a service charge ranging from £8,000 to £9,000 gross per annum.

At Sloane, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining the seamless operation and financial success of the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services.
Operational Management:- Assist in the comprehensive management of restaurant and in-room dining services.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and team briefings, offering support and guidance to team members when needed to achieve collective objectives.
- Interact with hotel guests and VIPs, providing VIP reports to the Executive Management Team.
- Analyse financial data to support decision-making and forecast potential revenues and costs.
- Exercise cost control measures while maintaining service standards.
- Act in accordance with fire safety instructions and promote a safe working environment.
- Attend and stay updated on mandatory training and legislative changes.
Coach, train, and nurture both management and hourly employees. Elevate team performance, morale, productivity, and enthusiasm.
