Zachary Daniels are partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing skincare brands. We are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take full ownership of high street retail partnerships. Please note this is a 12-month FTC opportunity. Hybrid role with 4 days a week spent in the office.
The role as Senior National Account Manager
- Account Ownership & Strategy
- Own and lead the UK's largest wholesale account with full P&L responsibility.
- Build upon current 95%+ YOY growth to position the brand in the top tier of the premium skincare category.
- Shape and execute a 3-pillar growth strategy rooted in data, performance, and customer-first thinking.
- Commercial & Supply Excellence
- Plan and forecast with precision - partnering closely with supply chain teams to align stock availability and demand.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and COGs to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
- Work hand-in-hand with supply and buying teams at the retailer to maintain seamless execution.
- Retailer Relationships & Customer Insight
- Lead commercial negotiations and planning with the buying and merchandising teams.
- Dive deep into customer data to uncover new opportunities and enhance digital, in-store, and omnichannel presence.
- Use your insights to influence NPD and marketing activations aligned to the retailer's evolving shopper profile.
Key Requirements:
- Experience within a senior commercial role, with strong experience managing key retail accounts.
- Experience in active ingredient skincare or premium beauty.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail and the modern beauty customer.
- Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen.
- A proven ability to deliver results in a high-growth or fast-paced FMCG/beauty brand.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, both internal and external.
- Comfortable working with data and using it to inform strategy and decision-making.
