Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a SEN school in Ealing. In this role, you will provide personalised support to students, helping them engage with their learning and develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning or physical disabilities
  • Provide 1:1 or small group assistance, adapting activities to meet individual needs
  • Assist with implementing EHCPs and working with the SEND team to achieve goals
  • Encourage social and emotional growth, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers to ensure students receive tailored support in the classroom

Requirements:
