We are working with a leading demolition specialist seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a variety of demolition projects, including Total Demolition, Cut and Carve, Structural Alterations, and Strip Out. The successful candidate will have a strong background in demolition, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of demolition projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead on-site demolition teams, providing guidance and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
