What You’ll Do:

  • Advance the performance of coatings on sustainable leather textiles from R&D to production.
  • Collaborate with coating suppliers and universities to develop cutting-edge solutions.
  • Optimise coating effectiveness, assess its impact on product performance and work on scale-up processes from ideation to full-scale manufacturing.
  • Manage your own projects, support production scale developments, and test new coating technologies.
  • Provide recommendations for new technical solutions and work closely with our production facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science focusing on coatings, polymers, or soft matter.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the coating industry, ideally experience in industries as diverse as printing, packaging, paint, flooring, moulding, cinema screens, or polymers.
  • Skills: Data analysis, problem-solving, managing external suppliers, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
