Due to continued growth, our client, a leading construction client based in Dartford, is looking for an M&E Design Manager to oversee the design of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects in London. As the M&E Design Manager, you will liaise with project teams and develop design plans whilst ensuring compliance regulations are adhered to.
Permanent | Salary: £50k to £90k DOE | 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical and electrical design process for all projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design plans
- Conduct site visits
- Manage design schedules and budgets
- Mentor and guide staff members in design and best practice
