We have a current opportunity for a HR Business Partner Manager on an inside IR35 contract basis. The position will be based in London 2/3 days in the office.

In this maternity cover role, you'll partner closely with our HR leadership and wider Business Partnering teams to deliver high-impact HR projects and provide expert guidance across the Sizewell C business. From optimising TUPE and IR35 processes to supporting business units with people strategy and workforce development - you'll be at the forefront of enabling a high-performing, future-ready organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and delivering high-profile HR projects (including TUPE, IR35, and process innovation)
  • Partnering with HR Business Partner Managers and their teams to support functional and delivery areas
  • Supporting workforce planning, performance, and talent management initiatives
  • Driving change, continuous improvement, and best practice in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Acting as a senior point of contact across HR and the wider business, influencing and advising senior stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • A solid HR generalist background, with a track record of delivering complex people projects
  • Expertise in employment law, HR strategy, and partnering in a fast-paced or start-up/subsidiary environment
  • Experience with TUPE and IR35 (ideal but not essential)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - you'll be confident working across senior leadership
