Are you a confident, target-driven sales professional fluent in German? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and have a passion for building commercial relationships? We’re hiring a German-speaking Exhibition Sales Executive to join a successful and growing events team, selling stand space and sponsorship opportunities across a portfolio of B2B exhibitions. You'll be working on exciting international events, with a strong focus on the DACH market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to new and existing clients across a portfolio of international B2B events
- Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining relationships
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers across the German-speaking market
- Hitting and exceeding personal sales targets and KPIs
- Working closely with marketing and operations teams to support event delivery
- Attending events (both UK-based and international) to engage with clients and prospects face-to-face
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally in events, media, or exhibitions — but not essential)
- A confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and happy to pick up the phone
- Strong organisation and CRM management skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong commercial instincts
