Are you an organised individual with excellent administration skills who is looking to work for a well-regarded, highly reputable agency? Then, this could be your chance! Based in Ascot, our client is particularly strong and active in the higher end of the property market and pride themselves on their enviable reputation. As a Lettings Administrator you will be supporting the team, helping with the ongoing growth of the department. To be considered, you will ideally have some previous experience working in a lettings administration role, however, our client is willing to consider a superb trainee with transferrable administrative skills. Responsibilities will include: Producing all new tenancy agreements within 24 hours from receipt of the offer from the front office Drafting the appropriate tenancy agreement (to be checked by the office head with accompanying correspondence) and sending out for engrossment to both parties via Adobe sign. In the case where the tenant or landlord wishes to use their own tenancy agreement, referring both parties to independent solicitors for specialist advice Preparing initial invoices, standing orders and rent demands for tenants Producing deed of guarantee document if required and send for signature or prepare up front rental payment invoice Confirming receipt in office of signed agreement by both parties.
