We are working with a reputable, multi-office practice who are seeking an experienced senior solicitor to lead their private client team. In this leadership role, you will oversee and manage a team of three fee earners and three support staff, delivering exceptional service to individuals and families, including HNW clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the private client department, ensuring high standards of service and expertise
  • Provide strategic direction and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
  • Manage a mixed caseload, which includes high value and complex matters
  • Manage a team of solicitors and support staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 6+ PQE would be preferred
  • Extensive experience in private client law with particular expertise in complex matters
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong business development skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to providing the highest standards of service
