Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Leadership: Lead, support, and motivate a team of residential conveyancers to meet departmental objectives and deadlines. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective management of case loads, and ensuring deadlines are met. Provide guidance and training to junior and senior conveyancers, promoting professional development. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate team meetings to promote collaboration and communication.
- Case Management: Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a high standard of service delivery from start to finish. Oversee complex or high-value transactions handled by the team, offering support and expertise when necessary. Ensure legal documents are prepared accurately and that the process complies with all regulations and guidelines.
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders in the property process.

Skills & Experience Required:
