Nicholas Scott are working with the London Office of one of the best known law firm brands in the USA. They have an opportunity for a 4 to 7 PQE Corporate Associate qualified in England & Wales who wishes to handle M & A and Private Equity with a substantial client development element.
You will have gained experience with the Corporate Team of a leading London Firm and be moving to improve your partnership prospects. You will advise across a range of sectors, including consumer, industrials, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, financial services, health care, and real estate.
