Join a dynamic and growing Freight Forwarder as an AOG Export/Import Operator, ensuring the swift and efficient movement of air freight shipments while delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Coordinate and arrange air freight shipments for customers.
  • Manage emails, collections, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Prepare shipping documents (MAWB/HAWB) and ensure full compliance with UK HMRC regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve queries or complaints swiftly.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the AOG Manager.
