Role Overview: We are seeking a warm, professional and passionate Part-Time Sales Associate to join our boutique team. You will be an ambassador for Loquet London, delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and helping clients discover meaningful pieces that become part of their personal stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an elevated and personalised customer experience aligned with the Loquet brand values
- Develop strong product knowledge and communicate the craftsmanship, stories, and sentiment behind our collections
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Build long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored styling and gifting advice
- Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the boutique
- Assist with inventory management, stock handling, and store operations
- Ensure accurate handling of sales transactions using our POS system
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience in fine jewellery, luxury fashion, or accessories preferred
- A passion for storytelling and connecting with clients on a personal level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work three days per week, including Saturdays
