Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving business growth through digital solutions? My client is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and develop the next stage of digital expansion. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that expand their digital provision. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and will work closely with the management team to align with company initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will have a natural drive for success and a commitment to delivering our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital growth strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team to drive sales and business expansion.
  • Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders to grow our customer base.

  • Contribute to strategic and operational objectives, including new investment in training pathways.
