Project Title: Enterprise Architecture & OSS Transformation

Location: Hybrid London-centric role (3 days onsite)

Start Date: Immediate start

Duration: 3-month contract

Project aspirations and success criteria:

  • Flint is looking for domain architects to work closely with development teams and break down high-level architecture into actionable plans.
  • Deliver well-defined HLD/LLD documentation to enable development teams.
  • Ensure traceability of architectural design back to business requirements.
  • Act as a facilitator between system-wide architecture and implementation teams.

Project current state:

  • Our client is forming a tactical core team to own the architectural outcomes.
  • The company needs domain architects to refine high-level designs into HLD/LLD.
  • Expected to work within a small team alongside Endava engineers.
  • Coordination with Architectural Lead and Engineering Managers.

Success criteria for candidate:

  • Produce high-quality HLD/LLD documentation that aligns with business needs.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure implementation feasibility.
  • Assist in the transition from a T&M model to an outcome-based delivery approach.
