About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities while maintaining strict compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) regulations, Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), and Permit-to-Work processes. You will play a key role in coordinating maintenance, contractors, and compliance-related tasks to keep their facilities safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities management, ensuring the site is safe, clean, and operational.
  • Ensure all H&S policies are adhered to, conducting regular audits and inspections.
  • Manage and review Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure safe working practices.
  • Issue and track Permit-to-Work documentation for contractors and internal teams.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance, audits, and maintenance schedules.
  • Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related H&S concerns.

  • Experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, RAMS, and Permit-to-Work systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
