Company Overview: We are a multinational company in the automotive maintenance sector, looking to expand our UK operations. A new Inside Sales Executive role has been created to support our growing Sales Team and contribute to business development.
Role Overview: The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting the sales team by ensuring a seamless sales process. The role will involve working with both new and existing customers, promoting products, and managing the customer relationship through CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities through cold calling and inbound lead handling, passing qualified leads to the field sales team.
- Pre-qualify inbound leads to assess suitability and sales potential.
- Identify customer needs and match with relevant products and services.
- Explain product benefits and provide detailed information to potential customers.
- Sell light valeting equipment and chemicals over the phone or online to new customers.
- Renew and upsell service and maintenance contracts to existing customers.
- Self-generate leads within emerging markets.
- Follow up on all leads to ensure successful closure.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline within CRM (preferably Salesforce).
- Keep customer information up to date in the CRM system.
- Advise clients on how to maximize revenue from their products.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls per day.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in generating sales from cold calling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
