Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 basic salary (DOE) + OTE £45,000 per annum + £2,000 car allowance

Our client, a leading independent estate agency with multiple offices across Surrey and South West London, is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales / Senior Negotiator to join their thriving Cobham office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to work within a highly successful and supportive team in a high-performing office.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, enjoys building relationships and is motivated to exceed targets. You’ll be part of a respected business that values integrity, team collaboration and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Generating new business opportunities and securing instructions
- Handling offers and negotiating sales to completion
- Delivering a seamless and professional service to buyers and vendors
- Advising clients with confidence, market knowledge and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate property and client records on CRM systems
- Promoting additional services such as mortgage, conveyancing and insurance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in estate agency sales (negotiator or senior level)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to targets
- Organised, punctual and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Local market knowledge is an advantage
- Full UK driving licence required
