- Work closely with the CRO to build out the revenue strategy, focusing largely on optimising inbound lead conversion, but also building an outbound sales approach that will exceed growth targets!

Who fits this role:
- Experience and track record in SaaS Sales, personally delivering a new business sales quota.
- Prior experience in Team Management, leadership, coaching or mentorship.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to turn vision into action.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

The package:
- £60,000 basic with a double (uncapped) OTE - £120k
