We are a private Company and leading specialists in the niche market of Lock-up Garages primarily used for self-storage. With over 40 years of industry experience, we now own 15,000 throughout the UK. We are seeking a dedicated and exceptional Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our expansive garage portfolio across the UK. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our garages remain well-maintained, safe and visually appealing. You will work alongside the Director to set company policies, develop and improve the efficiency of the business and service we provide to our valued tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of in-house maintenance operatives.
  • Coordinate repairs and oversee contracted maintenance services across our nationwide sites.
  • Conduct regular inspections to inspect and address maintenance needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
  • Communicate effectively with management and tenants.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Full clean driving licence to facilitate travel to our sites, primarily in London and the Home Counties.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety Regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
