Role: CSV Support Officer

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

SRG is looking for a Computer System Validation Support Officer for one of the Pharmaceutical Clients. The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation, review, approval, and issuance of key CSV documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of validation deliverables, including Validation Plans, Requirement Specifications, Functional Test Protocols, User Acceptance Test Protocols, Test Reports, and Validation Summary Reports.
  • Supporting and participating in various phases of system testing.
  • Maintaining project documentation, such as Traceability Matrices.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Strong experience of Computer System Validation in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A solid understanding of validation principles and GxP regulations.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems, including some involvement in their validation.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
